This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the 12th St. Albert Website. By using the 12th St. Albert Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the 12th St. Albert Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered as a member with the 12th St. Albert Group). It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy conforms with Section 12000 - Personal Information Protection from the Scouts Canada Bylaw, Policies and Procedures (BP&P). Where there is a difference between this Privacy Policy and BP&P, the later is presumed to have effect provided that the difference does not contravene PIPEDA or other Canadian federal or provincial laws.
